The Education University of Hong Kong has named a classroom at the Tai Po campus the Madam Luk Lee Kum Luen Room, in recognition of the generous donation from Mr and Mrs Roger Luk Koon-hoo and in remembrance of Mr Luk’s late mother. Madam Lee was a primary school teacher who had dedicated her life to education.

On 31 May, Mr and Mrs Luk visited the named classroom and attended the exhibition, ‘Beyond the Classroom: Extra-curricular Activities’, at HKME. They also toured the Future Classrooms at the Library to learn how the latest technology can facilitate learning and teaching.
